Terms & Conditions

Start playing

These terms govern your use of pelataan-kasino.fi, an independent information portal covering Pelataan and online casino products for players in the UK. By accessing or using this site, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately.

What these terms cover

This agreement sets out the relationship between you and pelataan-kasino.fi. We provide editorial content, guides and factual information about casino operators. We do not operate any gambling services ourselves, and we hold no player funds or gaming licences.

pelataan-kasino.fi is run independently. We are not affiliated with, controlled by, or acting on behalf of any casino operator featured on this site. Our relationship with Pelataan is strictly editorial — we write about them; we do not represent them.

Your responsibilities as a user

You must be 18 years of age or older (18+) to access this site. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.

You agree to use the site lawfully. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers or databases
  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content without permission
  • Posting or transmitting malicious code, viruses or harmful software
  • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
  • Using the site to facilitate fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms, without prior notice.

Intellectual property and content ownership

All text, images, graphics, logos and other material published on pelataan-kasino.fi are protected by copyright and remain our property or the property of our licensors. You may read and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not republish, sell, redistribute or claim ownership of it.

Brief excerpts may be quoted with proper attribution and a link back to the source page. Wholesale copying or automated scraping is not permitted under any circumstances.

Third-party trademarks

Brand names, logos and trademarks mentioned on this site — including Pelataan, game provider names and payment method brands — belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here is purely factual and does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

Limitation of liability

We aim to keep our content accurate and up to date, but casino terms, bonus structures and regulatory conditions change frequently. We cannot guarantee that every fact remains current at the moment you read it, and we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of outdated information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Losses incurred from gambling activity at any operator featured on this site
  • Disputes between you and an operator over deposits, withdrawals, bonuses or account terms
  • Technical issues, downtime or unavailability of our site or any linked third-party site
  • Content or practices on external sites we link to

Our maximum liability to you, for any reason and under any legal theory, is limited to the amount you paid to access this site — which, in most cases, is zero.

This site contains links to operator websites, regulator portals, responsible gambling charities and payment providers. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, terms or practices. A link does not constitute an endorsement.

When you click through to Pelataan or any other external site, you leave pelataan-kasino.fi and you are subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy. Read them before proceeding.

Data protection and privacy

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you should read alongside these terms. By using this site, you consent to the data practices described there.

We collect minimal information — primarily technical data like your IP address, browser type and pages visited — through cookies and analytics tools. We do not collect payment details, and we do not require registration or an account to access our content.

Minimum age and responsible gambling

Access to this site is restricted to persons aged 18 and over (18+). We take this seriously. If we become aware that a minor has accessed our content, we will take steps to block further access.

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. If you or someone you know is struggling, free and confidential help is available:

Service availability

We aim to keep pelataan-kasino.fi online and accessible at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw or modify any part of the site without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal obligations or the structure of the site. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last revised" date below and, where appropriate, notify users through a prominent notice on the homepage.

Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the site.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable by a court, that provision will be removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms will continue in full force.
